I am searching for my great grandfather George A Shields he was married to Martha Williams and was in the Civil war Co. G 12th KS Inf and also received a pension. His daughter was my grandmother Mary Francis B. 1887. He had another daughter Minnie Mae. Thats all that I know. I have been looking for years as there is no one alive to ask and when I found the KSGenWeb site I was delighted.
