Seeking info on Dr. George Thornburg a former Pleasantville IA resident who lived in Garnet KS at the time of his deaeth. He was killed after his car was struck by a passenger train in downtown Garnett on a foggy drizzly morning. His death took place circa December 1949. Would appreciate any info. Obituary would be prized.
