Willard, a village in Shawnee county, is located in Dover township on the Kansas river and the Chicago, Rock Island & Pacific R. R., 16 miles west of Topeka, the county seat. It has a hotel, a general store, express and telegraph offices and a money order postoffice. The population in 1910 was 100.
