Beginning at the South East corner of Subdivision No. Three of Prarie City, Running North Forty seven "47" Rdds, Thence West Twenty three and four fifths 23 4/5 Rods, Thence South Forty seven 47 Rods, Thence East Twenty three and four fifths 23'4/5 Rods to place of beginning, Containing Seven 7" acres more or less also. Lats. Nos. Fifteen 15, and Thirty Three "33" In the north East Quarter 1/4, of Section Eight 8, Township Fifteen 15, Range Twenty 20, As shown by the platt and Order of the Commissioner of Douglas Co. Vacating Prarie City and made March 24 ,1883, and recorded in the office of regester of Deeds In and for said County and state, May 12, 1883, In platt Book A, at page 22. Also. To my Grandson, Jerry Sutton is to be paid One Hundred Dollars $100.00 In cash when he arrives at the age of 21 years. Then the residue of my property, both real and personal, of whatsoever nature, Is to be shared and shared alike, By the following Heirs, my children, and in the Event of their Death, their portion to go to their Heirs. Following are their names, My son Philip.Sutton, my son William Sutton, my son Silas P. Sutton, my son Richard Harvy Sutton., my son John R. Sutton, my son Benj. K. Sutton, my son Doctor F. I also here make known my demands, In the case of My Wife, If she survives me, That she shall have full controle of my Estate and monies until she dies, Then, The full sence and meaning of this my last Will and Testament shall be complied with. I do hereby revoke all other Wills or codacils. I may have previously made. I MAKE CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT, without Bond Philip Sutton, my son of Osage County, State of Kansas, as Executor of this my LAST WILL and TESTAMENT.
