Obituary of ALMA J. LORD
Funeral Services For Mrs. T. C. Lord.
- Mrs. Alma J Lord, widow of Tom C Lord, passed away at the home of her daughter, Mrs. W.F. Fauders (Fanders?) at Portland, Oregon at the age of 91 years. Her ashes were accompanied her by her son, Tom Lord Jr. and were taken to the family burial place in Rose Hill Cemetery at Valley Falls and were Placed on the grave of her
husband who died in 1929, by her son Deke? Counts.

Short services were held at the grave by Rev. Kimball Thursday, November 20 at 10 a.m.

Another dear old mother has found her last resting place amid the graves of those of other days, to await the sounding of the Resurrection when the bodies of our loved ones will arise to meet the Lord and live forever in a land that never passes away.
