White man. Sentenced Sept. 20, 1907, from Cherokee county, to a term of 6 to 15 years, for burglary second degree and grand larceny. Paroled May 16, 1913. Violated parole Dec. 1, 1913.

Description: Age, 52; height, 5 ft. 4 1/2 in.; weight, 125; hair, gray; complexion, medium; build, medium small; eyes, hazel; nativity, Missouri. Occupation, common laborer.

Marks and scars: I. Knuckle joint little finger deformed. Scar at bulb of little finger. Small brown mole 2 in. below elbow, front. Two small vaccine scars on upper arm, outer. II. Two small scars between first and second joints middle finger, rear. Large burn scar on back of hand. Small blue mark 2 in. below elbow, outer. III. Two large horizontal black coal marks at left temple. Large irregular scar in center forehead. Scar on bridge of nose; nose has been broken. Scar 1 in. long 1 in. above right brow. Scar on right cheek 1 in. from outer corner of mouth. Vertical crease between eyes. Back of head covered with small scars.
