First finger amputated between first and middle joint, middle joint of little finger deformed and finger crooked. III. Vertical crease extending from left cheek bone down to jaw. Same on right cheek. Deep horizontal crease under lower lip. Oblique cut scar 3/4 in. long on right side back of head.

Wanted as an escape at Fort Madison, Ia. Has served terms at Sillwater, Minn., and Anamosa, Ia.
