Negro. Sentenced May 2, 1910, from Wyandotte county, to a term of 1 to 10 years, for assault to kill. Paroled April 14, 1914. Violated parole Jan. 1, 1915.

Description: Age, 23; height, 5 ft. 3 1/2 in.; weight, 163; hair and complexion, black; eyes, deep maroon; build, chubby; nativity, Pennsylvania. Occupation, common laborer.
