White man. Sentenced July 9, 1910, from Leavenworth county, to a term of 1 to 7 years for larceny from a dwelling. Paroled Aug. 25, 1912. Violated parole same date.

Description: Age, 37; height, 5 ft. 6 in.; weight, 140; hair, brown and gray; complexion, medium; build, medium; eyes, brown; nativity, Kansas. Occupation, cook.

Marks and scars: I. Tattoo, blue and red, of horseshoe, sunburst and bust of woman in center forearm, front. Brown birthmark, size of nickel, on forearm, inner. Two vaccine scars upper arm. II. First joint ring finger broken and deformed. Cut scar 1 1/2 in. long at base of third and index finger. Dim tattoo in blue of anchor, cross and small heart and full-rigged ship on forearm, front. Tattoo in blue, crossed legs and long capstan, on forearm, outer. III. Large vertical scar at inner margin left brow.
