Obituary of MRS. AMELIA "MOLLIE" HERMAN
Mrs. Amelia "Mollie" Herman, 77, of Ness City, passed away at the Ness County Hospital here Sunday, January 26, (1974). She had been a resident of the geriatrics ward of the hospital since 1973.

Born March 14, 1897, at Milberger, she was united in marriage to Henry Herman there on September 23, 1914. He died November 12, 1973.

They moved to Ness county in 1918, and lived in the Bazine community for several years before moving to Ness City to make their home.
She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary here.
Funeral services were held from the Fitzgerald Home here Wednesday afternoon, January 29, conducted by Rev. Steve Ranheim, pastor of the Our Redeemer Lutheran church. Interment was in the Ness City cemetery.

Survivors include: a daughter, Mrs. Reuben (Elnora) Schleuning, of Fort Collins, Colo.; four sons, Rueben Herman of Garden City, John and Edwin Herman of Ness City, and Herbert Herman of Plainville; sisters, Mrs. F. S. Steinert, of Russell, and Mrs. Elizabeth Herman of Ness City; 12 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
