Funeral Card of ARTHUR RADKE
Arthur Radke, son of John and Millusine (Boger) Radke, was born April 28, 1902 in Barton County Kansas. He departed this life on July 19, 1973 at the St. Anthony Hospital, Hays, Kansas at the age of 71 years, 2 months, and 21 days.

Arthur grew to manhood in the Galatia-Milberger area and received his basic education in the rural school of that area. On June 14, 1925, he was united in marriage to Katie Johannes at Milberger, Kansas and this union was blessed with five sons; Ralph, Clayton, Harry, Tom and Larry, and one daughter, Helen. They lived in the Milberger area and in 1939 moved to the present farm home. Arthur's entire life was occupied by the many activities of a farmer-stockman.

He was a member of the United Emanuel Lutheran Church at Milberger where he continued his life in the Lutheran faith, a life begun with his baptism and later confirmation as a young boy.
He was preceded in death by his parents.

Those who survive to mourn his passing include his wife, Katie, of the home, his six children, Ralph of Indianapolis, Indiana; Mrs. Al (Helen) Nuss of Worland, Wyoming; Clayton of Hutchinson; Harry of Olathe; Tom of Wichita and Larry of Shawnee; also 4 brothers: Paul of Hoisington; Otto of Great Bend; Tobias and Marcus, both of rural Russell; two sisters: Mrs. Solomon (Bertha) Wegele of rural Russell and Mrs. Cletus (Milda) Eckhoff of Wichita; and 11 grandchildren, several other relatives and a host of friends.
