Obituary of ELMER EMANUEL BOXBERGER |
Elmer Emanuel Boxberger was born Feb. 18, 1918, at the family farm south of Russell. He died of a heart attack while at work in the Pioneer community Sept. 3, 1968. He was 50 years, 6 months and 16 days old.
He was one of seven children by Emanuel and "Mollie" (Beck) Boxberger.
He was baptized in early infancy, and after becoming of age, was confirmed in the American Lutheran Church at Milberger.
During World War II he entered the service on Nov. 16, 1943, earned a technical sergeant rating and was discharged on April 4, 1946. |
