Obituary of EUNICE MARIE FARRELL
Eunice Marie Farrell, 95, Hill City, died Saturday, March 30, at Gorham County Hospital, Hill City.

She was born March 5, 1907, at Esther, La., the daughter of Sevignier and Louise Theall Hebert.

Eunice married James J. Farrell, June 20, 1928, in Banker, La. He died December 31, 1978.

She was a homemaker and a longtime resident of the Hill City area. She was a member of the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, Hill City. She was also a member of the Altar Society and a life member of the Hill City FFA Alumni. She had been a member of the HDU group in the Prairie Home community. She was active in the activities in the Prairie Home community, near Hill City, for many years.

Eunice was preceded in death by: her husband; a daughter, Anna Louise Riemann; a granddaughter, Bernadette Ann Riemann; three brothers and four sisters.

Survivors include: four sons, John Farrell, Russell, Joe and Bob Farrell, both of Hill City; and Larry Farrell, Olpe; four daughters, Sister Rosemary Farrell, C.S.J. Silver City, N.M., Agnes "Aggie" Steichen, Waunakee, Wis., Marlene Dockins, Casper, Wyo., and Jean Dolan, Topeka; 20 Grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and five step great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be Wednesday, April 3, at 10 a.m. at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, Hill City, with Fr. Maris Goetz, Fr. Donald McCarthy; Fr. Bill Kilian; and Fr. Joe Scheetz.

Burial will follow at Memorial Lawn Cemetery, Hill City.
A Christian Wake Service will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 2, at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church.

Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday, and from 8:30 a.m. to service time at the church Wednesday.

Memorials are suggested to Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church or Masses.
