Obituary of HERMAN FUNK
Herman Funk, 76, Galatia, died Monday, Dec. 26, (1984) at the Central Kansas Medical Center, Great Bend.

He was born March 20, 1907, near Galatia, to George Jacob and Lydia (DeWald) Funk. He was a retired farmer-stockman and a lifetime Galatia resident.

He married Elzenna Steinert July 12, 1932, at Milberger. She survives.

Also surviving are a son, Herman E. Funk, Towson, Md., and five grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. today at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Galatia, Rev. Arthur R. Stull officiating. Burial will be in the Fairview Cemetery, Galatia.
He was a member of the church and a memorial is to church, or the Otis Ambulance Service.  Nicholson-Ricke Funeral Home, Hoisington, is in charge.
