Obituary of WILLIAM STEINERT
William Steinert Dies at Age of 73
Rites are Tomorrow for County Resident
William Steinert, 73, a life-long resident of Russell County, died at 6:15 a.m. yesterday (no date indicated on my clipping, but by age and birthdate it could be 1958 or 1959) at the Russell Rest Home. He had lived there about a year and a half.

Steinert, who spent most of his life in the Milberger community, was a deaf and dumb mute. He moved here about five years ago. He never married.

Funeral Services will be held at 1 p.m. tomorrow at the Deines Funeral Home and at 2 p.m. at the Lutheran Church at Milberger.  The Rev. Auguest Pera will be in charge of services and burial will be in Milberger Cemetery.

Born Feb. 4, 1886 at Milberger, Steinert had lived with Mrs. Katie Motzner, Russell, until he entered the rest home.

Survivors include two brothers, Henry of Hoisington and Jacob of Ransom; and two sisters, Mrs. David Kraft of Russell and Mrs. Anna Heinz of Larned.
