McPhail, Norma Frances

Norma Frances, 80, of Park City retired PBX operator and homemaker, died Monday, Feb. 25, 2008. Services will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, March 1, at the Kechi United Methodist Church.

She was a Park City Council member in 1992 and was a member of the Park City Jaycettes. She was on the Park City Zoning and Planning Committee and was voted the Park City Senior Citizen of the year in 1984.

She was preceded in death by husband, Milton McPhail, son, Jerry Richard McPhail, brother, Wesley Buck and sister, Virginia Covell. Survivors include: a son, Scott R. McPhail of Wichita; daughter, Linda Calvert of Melissa, Texas; brother, George Buck of Little Rock, Ark.; and six grandchildren.
