Surviving dau of Henrietta says little is known about their grandparents, except they lived in Weir and Julia is known to be buried there. I can't seem to find any Diddards listed in KS? Org. thought name was Didier (feel it could have been and then spelling Americanized. Any help would be appreciated.
Updated 16 July 2006: I have finally found the maiden name of my late husband's maternal grandmother. I had the name Diddard, Didier. I found the marriage record of Edward Olphin and Henrietta Dedoyard 29 November 1896, Cherokee, KS. I am trying to locate her family. I know her mother's name was Julia and she is suppose to be buried in the Weir Cemetery. I don't have her father's name or any siblings.
