GREENUP TILFORD

  Yesterday, at the home of his granddaughter, Mrs. Nora Sherwood, Grandpa Greenup Tilford died at the advanced age of 95 years.  Mr. Tilford was one of the very earliest settlers in this community, highly respected and leaves many friends.  Deceased was an old soldiers and always counted as one of our most patriotic citizens.  His sons, daughters, and numerous relatives have the sympathy of all.  Funeral services take place at Cherry Mound today.
