Old Settler Gone.

  Michael Boerstler, a civil war veteran and old resident of Neosho county died Thursday at the home of his brother, Frank, who lives five miles northeast of Chanute, at the age of 74 years.  The funeral services were conducted yesterday by Rev. T. J. Elkins and interment was made at Newman cemetery.  The deceased was a member of Co. I, 89th Ind. Vol. Inf. and was an unmarried man.
