Richard D. Hole, whose critical illness we have mentioned from time to time, died at 12:15 p.m. yesterday. Mr. Hole was 82 years of age, one of the old settlers of this city and a veteran of the civil war. The funeral will take place from the U. B. church at 3 p.m. tomorrow conducted by Elder Jones and will be under the auspices of the Odd Fellows and G. A. R.

Veteran Mustered Out.
R. D. Hole, died at his home last Sunday, aged 82 years. He served his country in Co. K, 94th regiment of Ohio Infantry, and in 1870 came to this county among the early pioneers and took a claim on Rock Creek west of this city where he lived until age and infirmities compelled his removal to town. He was a Past Grand in Odd Fellowship, having been a member of the Order for about thirty-five years. He was quiet and retired in his habits and of late years has been seriously afflicted. Funeral today at the U. B. church with sermon by Rev. C. H. Jones and interment under auspices of the Grand Army and the Odd Fellows.
