Died at His Home in this city on Saturday.
Mr. W. W. Cranston died at his home on 16th and Stevens Ave. last Saturday evening at exactly five o'clock. Mr. Cranston has been in a serious condition for several weeks and his death was looked for nearly hourly for several days before his death. Mr. Cranston began some time ago to be troubled with indigestion but at times seemed to be greatly improved, Several weeks ago he became worse and his son Oscar was called from Kansas City to take charge of him. Other phicins were called in but with a complication of diseases he rapidly grew worse until the end, which came last Saturday. In the death of Mr. Cranston, Parsons loses one of its best citizens, a man of sterling qualities and one who was highly esteemed by those who were closely associated with him. He leaves a wife, a daughter and two sons been made for the funeral as word is awaited from his son Arthur.
