My grandfather, John William REINHART, lived in Ford County in early part of this century. Later moved to Butler County. Recently, found a map of plats for Ford County in a Colorado Springs bookstore. Made me think about looking for info. How do I get started? Thanks.

Mrs. H. C. WRIGHT Jr. of Dodge City, Kansas contributed a family bible record for John WRIGHT and Sarah REED, residents of Adams Co., Ohio to the Kansas Tree Searcher. I would like to make contact with Mrs. WRIGHT or descendants of this family as it is also my family. John WRIGHT born 3 Jun 1804 in Virginia married Sarah REED born 3 Nov 1802 in Maryland. John died 8 Dec 1862. John WRIGHT and Sarah REED married 24 Mar 1827. Where did John die? Where did John and Sarah marry? Their oldest daughter, Chrissie Ann is my ancestor. She married Samuel Foraker and they moved to Clark Co., Wa. I assume Mrs. WRIGHT is a descendant of Lloyd Noble WRIGHT and his wife, Prudy Ann Morrison. Would like to know the marriage place of Lloyd Noble and Prudy. Also did Baldridge die in the Civil War? Did William Clinton WRIGHT die in the Civil War?

Benjamin Franklin DANIELS - Ben DANIELS was a buffalo hunter, Deputy Marshall for Dodge City in Ford County when Bill Tilghman, and Bat Masterson were marshals. We are a class in Tucson researching Mr. DANIELS life. We have written to various places in Dodge City for information, but no one has/will respond to us. Mr. DANIELS became a Rough Rider and is buried in Tucson. Thank you for your help.
