I am seeking info. on a James "Jim" NEWCOMBE (sp.?).  Possibly his d.o.b./death, any living family?  My niece is his only biological child and I'd like to help her find some comfort by learning more about her father.  I think he may have been born in or shortly after 1939.  Last contact was in 1998.  At that time his present wife said he was in the final stages of Alzheimer's Disease.  He was from Council Grove, but I'm not certain he lived & died there, or was buried there.
