FULLER, SNYDER posted by Jeannine Gitchell Davidson on Tuesday, August 11, 1998

Today while sorting out some of my old pictures, I came across many of my Step-Grandfather Aaron A. SNYDER. From the past I remember him talking about Seneca, Kansas. I have one picture of Down Town Seneca many years ago and the frontage of a store with an Awning printed with "A. A. Snyder". I believe the owner was a Haberdasher and that is where my Step-Grandfather learned to be a very Natty Dresser. I was given the idea, and all indications, that was where he came from before his arrival in California. He had a Twin Sister whose name I remember as being Josephine. She evidently married a man by the name of Fuller. In the past she sent things to California which were in my Mothers possesion. At one time she came out to California and celebrated their birthdays together. As far back as I can remember my Step-Grandfather was in my life and I have been very curious about who his people were and where they came from? HE was very good to my Mother and the rest of my Family. I would believe that his ethnic background was German. THANK YOU!
