They were born in Germany and lived for years in Neosho County. They are buried in Earlton Cemetery. There are no dates on their stones. I live in Topeka and haven't' been able to get down there when things are open. Can anyone tell me who has the records of who is buried when in Earlton? The Sextant? The Neosho Book at the Historical Society shows the wrong information, Tony ALLERTS and wife Flossit. He and my Great-Grandmother were married in 1890 at her father's home in Morehead. Her name was Ella B. SHIRRELL and her parent's names were Mary Alice and John Franklin SHIRRELL. Henry and Ella had three children, Theodore, Gertrude and Edith. Sometime after the turn of the century, Henry and Ella were divorced. I found them living with her father in 1910 as her mother had passed away. Ella married a Daniel MASTERSON just one year before her own death. I know the Ella (MOON) MASTERSON, Mary Alice and John Franklin SHIRRELL are buried at Morehead Cemetery. There may be an Isaac and Margaret SHIRRELL also buried there. I have reason to believe the Henry Harrison MOON is also buried in the Morehead Cemetery, but lived in Texas.
