Welcome to the Pottawatomie County Geneology page. My name is Julie (Lilley) Hatesohl and I am the Potawatomie County coordinator. I inherited this site in 2007 from my Aunt, Rosana LILLEY Whitenight who has done most of the work on this site. She had a lot of help from volunteers, some of whom I have had the priviledge of meeting through e-mails over the past few years.

I have met some fantastic people through this site and have had the priviledge to learn about families. It is all facinating to me.

I do work full time so maintaining this site is "a hobby" that I wish I had more time to work on. Please don't hesitate to contact me via e-mail. I do respond; however, I do group updates to the site together and do them periodically at the same time. I appreciate your patience in getting updates on this site. Once posted, I will e-mail you to let you know when your item has been posted. Thank you all for your help in updating and keeping this site a tool for others.
