Mrs. Inez I. Kighlinger, 62, 401 West Sherman, died Tuesday morning at St. Francis Hospital at Wichita after a short illness.  Born June 21, 1903 in Colorado, she lived in Hutchinson most of her life.
 
She was married to Harry Smith in 1923 at Hutchinson.  He died in September of 1930.  She was married to F. W. Kightlinger Feb. 26, 1946 in Mexico. He died Oct 18, 1966.
 
Survivors include: son, Bill Smith of the home; daughters, Mrs. Dixie Strong, Hanford, Calif.; Mrs. Dorla Hawkins, 406 West Sherman; brother, Harold Veal, 708 East A; sisters, Mrs. Virginia Hensley, Fontana, Calif.; Mrs. Viola Watson, 429 East Carpenter; Mrs. Letha Arlt, Miami, Fla.; Mrs. Dorothy Luney, Le Roy, Kan.; Mrs. Arlene Caparogo, Miami, Fla.; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
 
Funeral will be 3 p.m. Friday at the Elliott chapel, Hutchinson; Rev. Kirk Fowler.  Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Hutchinson.  Friends may call from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Thursday and from 10 a.m. Friday until service time at the chapel.
