Mrs. Samuel Morgan

Bernice Lucille Morgan, 80, died Aug. 7, 1987, at Friendly Acres, Newton. Born Bernice Lucille Pursel Nov. 28, 1906, in Hutchinson, she married Samuel Morgan May 7, 1924, in Lyons. He died Jan. 6, 1974. She was a lifetime Hutchinson resident.

She attended a Nazarene church.

Survivors; son, William E., 1436 East 4th; sisters, Mildred Wicks, 417 Charles, and Hazel Shaffer, Tulsa, Okla.

Graveside service will be 1 p.m. Monday at Fairlawn Cemetery, Hutchinson, the Rev. Larry W. Leonard. Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. today at Johnson and Sons Funeral Home, Hutchinson.
