Walter Barker was buried in the Beattie cemetary in 1948. The circumstances of his death is very cloudy. Rumors of suicide persist. The Barker family was scattered in Beattie and other MArshall county areas. Anybody know anything about the Barker family and Walter? I am attempting to obtain information from Peoria Ill. He died there and was brought to Beattie.
