Eden Burrowes, (born 19 Sept 1852 to Charles Spinning Burrowes and Elizabeth Thomas) married Martha Ellen Young(born 12 May 1856 to Jacob Mallack Young and Carolyn Ansylin). The marriage took place in Darke Co, Ohio 2 Oct 1875. Their 11 children included Jacob Wilber Burrowes, born 22 March 1893 in Garnett, Anderson Co, Kansas. The children were raised in Anderson Co, Ks. The names of all 11 children were:

Flora Burrowes
Charles Omer Burrowes
Viva Blanche Burrowes
Walter Eden Burrowes
Harvey C. Burrowes
Lila Burrowes

Many of these siblngs lived to ripe old ages in the Greeley, Harris and Garnett areas. Walter was married to Ada Tippin and lived to be 100. Charles Omer "Omer" was married to Minnie Lee Gause. They celebrated their 50th anniversary before Minnie's death in 1961. Omer died in 1970. Minnie and Omer are buried in Osawatamie, Kansas. Would like to share research with others. Pam
