Seeking any information on Mrs. Anna Fisher who was mentioned in a probate record of J. T. Owen/Owens in Garland County, Arkansas in 1922. The administrator of his estate found a letter from Anna Fisher among the personal effects of J. T. Owens and stated it was an "old" letter. The administrator wrote to her asking for information on any heirs of J. T. Owen, but evidently there was no response, as there was mention of reply or heirs. The balance of the $$ left in his estate was turned over to the State of Arkanasas in 1927.

I would suspect this Anna Fisher could have been in Harris between 1890 and 1920.
