David C. LOWE and family moved to Garnett, Anderson Co., KS c1855-1857 from Iowa. He served in Co. F, 11th Regiment, Kansas Volunteers. I have his military records but would like information about his 10 year stay in Anderson Co. Did he own land? Did he serve in public office, etc. The family left Anderson Co in spring of 1866 and moved to Labette Co., KS. Would appreciate any help you can give me.
