Doris Evelyn Miller, 64, passed away on Monday, July 11, 2005 at the Attica Long Term Care Center. Memorial service was held on Tuesday, July 19, 2005 at Highland Cemetery in Medicine Lodge with Pastor Tom Walters officiating.

Doris was born at Medicine Lodge, Kansas on July 1, 1942 to Harold and Clara Saddler Miller. She liked music and loved to dance. She liked to color and play with her dolls. She really loved her cats and they would sleep with her. She lived with her sister Janice for twenty years and at the time of her death she had lived at Attica for about two years.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by one sister Janice Turner of Medicine Lodge; one brother Donald Miller of Hill City, Kansas; nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations would be accepted to help defray the cost of the services with Lanman Funeral Home, Kiowa, Kansas serving as custodian.
