Mrs. Mary Ann Smith, of Lake City township, died Tuesday night, June 10, 1902.

Dropsy was the cause of death.

Funeral services were held Wednesday and the remains interred in Lake City cemetery by the side of her husband who preceded her 20 years ago.

The deceased is survived by three sons and a daughter and a sister. She was loved and respected by all her neighbors and a large number of friends attending the funeral.
