Nora French, age 89, died Wednesday, September 26, 2007 at Hilltop Manor, Cunningham. She was born at Olpe, Kansas, the daughter of the late Frank L. Thill and Emma H. (Schmoor) Thill. A resident of Medicine Lodge, she was a retired Nurse Aide. She was a member of First Christian Church, Medicine Lodge.On February 5, 1936 she married Roud M. French at Burlington, Kansas. He died September 8, 1987.
She is survived by a daughter Darlene Joseph, Medicine Lodge; 2 grandchildren, Donna Marie Riggs, Council Bluffs, IA; and Dale Jean Underwood, Medicine Lodge; 4 great grandchildren, Kialee Jean Bender, Victoria Walz, Rachael Leyra and Robert Riggs; and 3 great great grandchildren, Chance and Kaydence Bender and Corisa Swonger.
Funeral services were Saturday, September 29, 2007 at First Christian Church, Medicine Lodge with Pastor Tom Walters officiating.
Burial was in Highland Cemetery, Medicine Lodge.
