Paul M Mease, 85, died Saturday, January 26, 2008 at Medicine Lodge Memorial Hospital in Medicine Lodge, Kansas. He was born December 05, 1922 in Nashville, Kansas, the son of Henry and Laura (Wehling) Mease.A lifetime resident of Isabel, he was a farmer and a rancher. He was a member of the Isabel Methodist Church, VFW, Medicine Lodge and was a lifetime member of both the Masonic Lodge, Medicine Lodge and American Legion, Isabel. He was a United States Veteran serving during WWII.
On Dec. 16, 1944 he married Reva M. Coss at Medicine Lodge. She died Oct. 21, 2004
He is survived by two sons Robert Mease of Wichita, KS, and Don Mease of Medicine Lodge, KS, 5 Grandchildren Jennifer Dzurick of Olathe, KS, Melinda Duke of Wichita, KS, Amy Cogswell of Topeka, KS, Emily Mease of Topeka, KS, and Chad Mease of Liberal, KS, and 8 Great Grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother Glenn and a sister Pearl Coss.
Funeral services were held January 29, 2008 at Larrison Funeral Home, Medicine Lodge with R.D. Cogswell officiating. Inurnment was in the Isabel Cemetery, Isabel with Military Honors provided by the US Navy Honor Guard.
