William O. McGuire, age 90, was born October 24, 1915 and died September 13, 2006 in Amarillo, TX.

Funeral Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, September 16, 2006 at the First Christian Church of Medicine Lodge, Kansas with Rev. Tom Walters officiating. Local arrangements are by Cox-LaGrone Funeral Home.

Burial held at Isabel Cemetery, Isabel, Kansas.

Mr. McGuire was born and lived most of his life in the Isabel - Medicine Lodge, Kansas area and graduated from Isabel High School. He married Marjorie Watkins in 1943 in Medicine Lodge, Kansas. She passed away in 1985. He worked on farm with his uncles when he was a young man and as a welder in the Oil field and in manufacturing for over forty years before retiring in 1982. He moved to Amarillo in 2005.

Survivors include one son, Jim McGuire and his wife Peggy of Amarillo; one daughter Linda Hibler and her husband James of Blue Springs, Missouri; four grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
