Chase County Kansas Historical Sketches

1863 - 2003 





DRUG STORES Dr. George Williams and Fenner Hunt opened the first drug store in Cottonwood halls on the old Chase County National Bank site in 1867.

Dr. Yearout later owned and operated a drug store here.

In later years we have had: Ed. Replogle, W.B. Hilton, Wilcox Brothers, Cecil Kuhl.

Fred Wilcox and K. Billing are here today.(1972)
