Blankenship, Tylar Lea

Tylar Lea Blankenship, 17, of Topeka died Jan. 3, 2008, at Midland Hospice.

She was born Sept. 14, 1990 at Topeka.

She is survived by her parents Flint and Rose Mary Blankenship; grandfather, Bill McMurphy of Sabetha; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Heather Blankenship July 30, 2006; grandmother, Dorotha Blankenship; and Uncle Jay Blankenship.

She is also survived by her biological parents, Mark Harvey of Osage City and Jodi Judson McCubbin of Sabetha; four sisters Tabetha, Teaira Harvey of Sabetha, Taygon Stinnett of Kincaid and Tanneil Harvey of Osage City; grandfather, Dean Judson of Emporia; and grandmother, Ann Judson Moenah of Hurley, Mo.

Funeral services were Jan. 7, at Mater Dei�s Holy Name Catholic Church in Topeka. She was cremated. Memorial donations to Stormont-Vail Pediatrics Department, TARC or Midland Hospice Care, may be sent in care of Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home, 800 SW Sixth St., Topeka, KS 66603.
