Cahoone, Elrean Lucile
ELREAN LUCILE CAHOONE DEAD:
Elrean Lucile, the two-year-old daughtar of Mr. and Mrs. Sidney Cahoone, died at the Newman Memorial Hospital In Emporia at 6:25 o'clock Monday morning, following an illness of only a few days.
The little girl became ill the middle of last week but her condition was not serious until Saturday. She seemed to be suffering from an attack of the flu but the immediate cause of her death was pneumonia.
When her condition became serious Saturday she was taken to the Newman Memorial Hospital Saturday afternoon.
Elrean Lucile was the youngest child of Mr. and Mrs. Cahoone. She would have been two years old on Nov. 20th. She leaves besides her parents, four brothers and sisters, who are, Sidney, Riley, Jaunita and Virginia.
The funeral services were held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Cahoone in this city at 3:00 o'clock Tuesday afternoon with Rev. Geo. W. Braden, pastor of the Methodist Church, preaching the sermon. Interment was in Prairie Grove Cemetery.
Mr. and Mrs. Cahoone and family have the sincere sympathy of all in their great sorrow at the loss of their, little one.
