Fish, Bernard Francis Bernard Francis Fish, 92, of Waverly died Wednesday, March 1, 2006, at the University of Kansas Hospital in Kansas City, Kan.
The son of Benjamin Franklin and Florence St. Bonnett Fish, he was born Dec. 9, 1913, at Neosho Rapids. He married Lena B. Barnhart on May 17, 1940, at Cottonwood Falls. She died Dec. 3, 1985.
Mr. Fish was a mechanic for the National Guard in Oregon, before he retired in 1973. He moved from Neosho Rapids to Waverly.
Mr. Fish is survived by two daughters, Sylvia Morgan of Oregon City. Ore. and Glenda Tracy of Prineville, Ore.; a son, Charles Fist of Redman, Ore.; nine grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and a companion, Irene Smith.
A granddaughter, Darcy
Griffith also died earlier.
The service was Saturday, March 4, in Mount Hope Cemetery at Neosho Rapids.
