Harris, Sherri Jo Thomas

Sherri J Harris, 41, died Monday Nov 27, 2006, at her home in Strong City.

A celebration of life service will he held Friday Dec 1, at 2 p m at the Brown-Bennett-Alexander Funeral Home in Cottonwood Falls Pastor Jim Bartsch of the Flint Hills Community Church will officiate. Burial will follow at the Strong City Cemetery.

Sherri Jo Thomas, the daughter of Jerry Lee Thomas, was born Sept. 21, 1%5, at. El Dorado. She and Scott Harris was married Dec. 3, 1955, at Bazaar.

She was a Registered Nurse and worked as a Clinical Educator at Newman Regional Health in Emporia. She was a member of the Kansas Area Health Educators Conferences, the Kansas Hospital Association, the Kansas Emergency Medical Service Association and the Chase County Emergency Medical Service.

She is survived by her husband; a son, Christopher Scott Harris; two daughters, Jeanie Renee Moldovan and Samantha "Sami" Jo Harris; her father of Matfield Green; three brothers Buddy Lee Thomas. El Dorado, Kenneth Taylor Thomas, Matfield Green and Jerry Eugene Thomas, El Dorado.

Please wear casual clothing for the service Friends may call at the funeral home Thursday, Nov 30. 9 am until 8 p m , and Friday Dec, 1. 9 a m until service time

Memorial contributions to the Harris Children's Education Fund may be sent in cam of the funeral home. 201 Cherry, Cottonwood Falls. KS 66845
