Hinote, Thomas

Thomas Hinote, an old and much respected citizen of this city, died last Tuesday morning, about 7 o'clock, of consumption, after a long seige of suffering.

The deceased was born in Ohio, Aug 24, 1825 and located in this city eleven years ago last fall.

He was married to Miss Sarah Hipler Nov 4 1852, who died Nov 30, 1868. He was the father of seven children, two of whom survive him--William and Mrs. Ed Grogan.

The funeral services were conducted at the residence of Mrs. Dan Hinote, yesterday afternoon, by Rev. Thos. Lidzey, after which the body was buried in Prairie Grove cemetery.
