Kimberlin, William Lymon "Bill"

William Lymon Kimberlin, 77, of Eureka died on Saturday, Oct. 25, 2003, at Greenwood County Hospital. Mr. Kimberlin was a former Chase County resident.

The funeral service will be Friday, Oct. 31, at 10 a.m. at Lewis-Hoagland Funeral Home in Scheel City, Mo. Grave side services will be in El Dorado Springs, Mo. at the El Dorado Springs Cemetery at 2 p.m.

Kimberlin, William "Bill"

Bill Kimberlin, 77, died Oct. 24, 2003, in the Greenwood County Hospital.

He was born Aug. 12, 1926, in Tonkawa, Okla. He lived in Kansas most of his life and worked in the oil fields. In 1944 he enlisted in the Navy where he served for ten years.

Bill was a life-time member of the American Legion and J.C. Owens DD776. He was a member of the Christian Church of Wichita.

He married Mary Howerton in 1988 and they made their home in El Dorado. In 1991 they moved to Elmdale, later they moved to Eureka where they were living at the time of his death.

He is survived by his wife, Mary, of the home; three sons, three daughters, several grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, one brother, one sister, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and two sisters. The graveside service was Oct. 31 at El Dorado Springs, Mo., Cemetery. Memorials to the Greenwood County Hospital, Eureka may be sent to Knop Funeral Home, 121 N. Oak, Eureka, KS 67045.
