NATIVE OF STRONG CITY DIES SUDDENLY IN KANSAS CITY
Mrs. Mattie Howard and Joe Maule left for Kansas City; Monday, to attend funeral services for their nephew, Joseph B. Maule, son of the late Clara Hoffman Maule and Prank K. Maule, who passed away suddenly of a heart attack, Sunday morning.
Funeral services were held Tuesday at 1:30 p. in. in the Warnick-Custer-Eads chapel with the Rev. U. S, Grant of the Central Christian church officiating" Masonic grave-side services and interment were held M Mt. hope cemetery.
Joseph B. Maule, 55, North Eighteenth street, died Sunday, at the home where he suffered a heart at tack. He was born in Strong City, Kans., and had been a resident of Kansas City, Kans. thirty-eight Years. Mr. Maule was employed in the accounting department of the American Walnut company, He was a member of the Central Christian church. He was a life member of the National Rifle association, Roger Sherman Masonic Lodge, No. 369, A. F. & A. M.; Caswell consistory, Scottish Rite bodies, Abdallah Shrine, the High Twelve club and Sermon. Chapter, Order of the Eastern Star, and of the Central Christian church.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Pansy D. Maule, of the home; and two brothers, Charles I. Maule,'Los Angeles Calif., and Harold E. Maule, Brooklyn, N. Y.
