Nordeen, Loren Carlton "Bud"
Loren "Bud" Carlton Nordeen, 98, died June 17, 2003, in Bothell, Wash.
Loren was born May 11, 1903, in Dwight to Charles Andrew and Addie Johnson Nordeen. He attended Kansas State University, joined and was active in Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity and received a degree in business from the University of Kansas.
He married Irene Miller, Cottonwood Falls, and they were married 76 years.
His wife, Irene, parents, two brothers, Dorman and Milton, and two sons Ron'O and Miller Nordeen preceded him in death. He is survived by a daughter-in-law, Rosalie Nordeen, Kirkland, Wash.; two sisters-in-law, Peggy Stephenson, Cottonwood Falls and Elizabeth Nordeen, Phoenix, Ariz.; six grandsons; and many nieces and nephews.
He was a member of Geneva Presbyterian
Church, Lacuna Hills, Calif. He was a 76-year member of the Grand Lodge A.F. and A.M. in Dwight and a thirty second degree Mason of the Scottish Rite of Freemasonry, S.J., USA, Valley of Fort Scott Kansas.
Memorial services and interment were held at Sunset Hills Memorial Park, Bellevue, Wash. on June 21, 2003.
