Phillips, Jacqueline Jacqueline Lyleieen Lanzrath Phillips
Jacqueline Lyleieen Phillips, 32, of rural Emporia died Sunday, Nov. 28, 2004, in an automobile accident on Interstate 70 near Limon, Colo.
Mrs. Phillips was a bookkeeper at the Prairie Port Plaza.
The daughter of Lyle F. and Deloris M. Evans Lanzrath, she was born Feb. 25, 1972, at Emporia. She married Rick O'Dell Phillips. They were divorced.
Mrs. Phillips is survived by a son, Justin O'Dell Phillips of Emporia; a daughter, Amber Leigh Phillips of Emporia; her mother of Starkville, Miss.; six sisters, Jean Grayson of Emporia, Beth Renterra of Hartford, Connie Carr of Saffordville, Cindy Clatterbuck of Great Bend, Jane Meierhoff of Nevada, Mo., and Toni Lanzrath of Starkville, Miss.; five brothers, Mike Lanzrath of Emporia, Matt Lanzrath of Allen, Pat Lanzrath of Wichita, Dan Lanzrath of St. George and Joe Lanzrath of Spicer,. Minn.; and her fiance, George A. McAvoy of Emporia.
Her father and a sister, Ann Lanzrath Satler, died earlier.
Funeral services were Monday, Nov 29, 2004, in the Roberts-Blue-Barnett Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Al Areheart of the Twelfth Avenue Baptist Church conducted the service. Burial was in Hillside Cemetery at Toledo.
