Villa, Presiliano R "Pancho"

Presiliano R. "Pancho" Villa, age 59, died Nov. 24, 2001 at Newman Regional Health Emporia. Funeral service was Nov. 27, at the Flint Hills Community Church with Pastor James Kegin of Victory Fellowship officiating. Interment will be in Hondo, Texas.

Presiliano R. Villa, son of Jesus and Ramona Rangel Villa, was born Oct. 22, 1942. at Hondo, Texas. He married Lupe Delgado on Feb 10, 1961, at San Antonio, Texas. Mr. Villa retired from the Santa Fe Railroad as a machine operator in 1993, after 20 years of service. He was a member of Victory Fellowship in Emporia and the Brotherhood of Maintenance of Way Employees Local 2405.

He is survived by his wife, Lupe, of the home; two sons, Juan Villa and Rene Villa, of Emporia; daughter, Lupe Lazzers, of Emporia; mother Ramona Villa, of San Antonio, Texas; sisters, Yomar Ramirez, Margareita Guerra, Artemia Avila, Amparo Salazar and Laura Martinez all of San Antonio, Texas; and five grand children. He ws preceded in death by two brothers, Refugio Villa and Jesus Villa Jr.

A memorial is suggested to Victory Fellowship and may be sent in care of Brown-Bennett-Alexander Funeral Home Cottonwood Falls.
