Warner, Avis Fern
Avis Fern Warner, 96, of Rogers, Ark., died Sept. 17,
2007, at the Heritage Park Nursing Center in Rogers, Ark.
She was born June 30, 1911, at Lewis, Kan., to Harvey Hudson and Nellie Houston Hudson.
She had lived in Rogers for 11 years. Prior to moving to Arkansas she lived in Clements, Elmdale and near Saffordvffle.
She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah�s Witnesses in Rogers. She enjoyed sewing, flowers, gardening and going door to door preaching.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Warner, in 1986; an infant daughter, Ruth Marie Warner; and six brothers and sisters. Survivors include two daughters, Evelyn Wilkey of Rogers, and Joyce D. Long of Phoenix, Ariz.; two grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and 13 great-great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held Sept. 22 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah�s Witnesses in Rogers with Dan Roberts.
Arrangements were by the Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home of Rogers.
