Burton GRIFFEY

Burton Griffey, 74, Hays, died Sunday, Feb. 19, 2006, at Hays Medical Center. He
was born Aug. 10,1931, in rural Edmond, son of Bert and Inza (Huffinan) Griffey.
He married Artha Joyce Billips on June 10, 1952, in Edmond. She preceded him in
death Dec. 6, 2004. He was a farmer and stockman.
Survivors include a son, Randall Griffey, three daughters, Cindy Bauer, Gwen
Buscher, and Carolyn Long, two brothers, Carol Griffey, and Raymond Griffey, a
sister, Corene Day, and 6 grandchildren.
Burial in Memorial Lawn Cemetery, Hill City.
